Create Your Own Omaha Marathon Pace Band

Keeping a steady pace throughout your marathon will help you to run your best achievable time. You can create your Omaha Marathon Pace Band based on your finishing time goal, then use it to keep yourself on pace, even when you're too tired to do the math yourself. (Just remember to run a bit slower on uphill miles and a bit quicker on downhill miles.)


Step 1: Enter Goal Time

Step 2: Click Button to Create Pace Band


Step 3: Print this page. (You may need to adjust your printer's top and bottom margins.)

Step 4: Cut out the Pace Band.

Step 5: Laminate the band with laminating material or clear tape on both sides.

Step 6: Affix band around your wrist, then tape the top edge over the bottom tab (covering "Attach Here").

Step 7: Enjoy your marathon!
